Our staff RNs* complete full nursing assessments on clients in need of personal care. From day one, a Senior Helpers RNs (a Registered Nurse) is personally and actively involved in your loved one’s care. First, one of our RNs will conduct a full nursing assessment and design a customized personal care plan. She’ll then supervise your caregiver, conduct periodic nursing assessments and monitor your loved one’s care to make sure it stays in line with his or her changing needs. Last, but certainly not least, one of our RN’s will visit your loved one on a regular basis to assess any possible "red flags" you need to be aware of or new care options you may want to consider.
