“We were fortunate enough to obtain the care giving services of your employee, Sin Carrion, during the absence of our caregiver, Natia Shalamberidze. Ms. Shalamberidze found it necessary to be away for six weeks.

Sin Carrion spent six hours at our home with Natia, before starting full time and was able to participate in the process of caring for Mrs. Lawson, and to be instructed in the details of that care.

I did call your office during that time, and say that "whatever you paid Sin Carrion, it wasn't enough"; and at the conclusion of her tenure here that opionion was only strengthened. We have had a virtual parade of caregivers, interviewing for week-end or substitute fill-ins;none of whom came near the high bar set by Natia. Admittedly, the standard set by Natia is unusually high, but Sin Carrion, being new to our situation, was able to negotiate that standard with little or no difficulty. Sin Carrion was able to establish an excellent rapport with Mrs. Lawson and did as well with me, Mrs. Lawson's spouse. Also, and this was very important to me; Sin Carrion is honest to a fault (we had sustained theft losses up until Sin Carrion's arrrival amounting to about $2000.00!). We were always very comfortable having Sin Carrion in our home.”
