We have been serving Lower and Upper Coastal Fairfield County since December of 2007. In January of 2009, we commenced service in the New Haven County cities of Milford, West Haven, and Orange.

Our President, Tim Daniels, after leaving IBM, where he had been an executive who led successful regional and nationwide professional services practices, started this senior in-home care service.

Tim needed to use his knowledge and experience in a manner which would make a difference in the personal lives of individuals and their families.

Since our inception, Tim has been joined by Marie Diaz, our Director of Operations. Marie is a 30-year veteran of IBM with decades of services personnel, administrative, and operational management knowledge. After being a primary caregiver to both her parents, Marie was driven to use her expertise to ensure quality, comprehensive, and trustworthy in-home care was available to others.

Marie and Tim, who have worked together for more than 10 years, bring world class skills in selecting and retaining superior staff, assuring quality service is provided, and flexibly meeting client needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

They have assembled a first rate team of Registered Nurses, community relations staff, industry partners, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care customizable to the unique needs of each family. The caregivers coming into your home are experienced, skilled, yet personable. Through seasoned and professional management supervision, we are here to enable your loved one to live safely at home, optimize their independence, and to engage and celebrate life.
