Director of Client Services
A 30-year career in the mortgage industry made Liz an expert at listening to people. Her ability to determine the underlying needs and wants of her customers allowed her to create win-win solutions for all involved: business for her company and an affordable mortgage for her customers. An entrepreneur at heart, Liz also started her own event planning company. Again using her expert listening abilities to pinpoint the needs and wants of her customers, she staged elegant, creative events that helped them meet their marketing objectives. In 2009, she joined Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley and put her business savvy to work in building the business from the ground up. Today, she manages the service offerings that we provide our clients.
"I love hearing our clients tell the stories of their lives. That’s what makes this my best job yet."
Community Relations Coordinator
Carolyn made a promise to her grandparents many years ago: she vowed to dedicate herself to making sure that seniors got the quality care they deserved. To fulfill that promise, she became a nurse, focusing on geriatrics and senior care. Today, with 20 years of nursing experience, Carolyn specializes in hospice care and dementia. She has a strong background in managing clients at all stages of dementia. In addition, she has developed a network of peers at senior care communities throughout the Lehigh Valley, which she continues to expand in her role as Community Relations Coordinator.
" I was born to do this work. I wouldn’t do any other job."

"No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care. My job is to help you know as much as you care."
Christal is the "voice" of Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley. She greets visitors at the door and fields the dozens of phone calls we receive every day. Her more than 20 years of experience in banking and customer service prepared her to manage the many administrative tasks that are the backbone of our organization: billing, staff timesheets, client and caregiver phone calls, and more.
"My personal experiences with family members made me aware of how critical it is to have access to reliable, dependable care options. It’s very rewarding to be a part of the process that helps senior citizens get the care they need."
Navigating the maze of senior care options for her parents and in-laws inspired Pam to become part of the senior care solution. Following a 30-year career in business and retail marketing, she seized the opportunity to purchase a Senior Helpers franchise. Armed with a strong business and operations background plus a degree in Rehabilitation Services, Pam put her personal passions and professional expertise to work. As owner and general manager of Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley, her goal is to do whatever it takes to provide caregiving options that "are in the best interests of our clients."
"I truly care about people and their families. Owning this business is one way I can give back and offer the very best senior care in the Lehigh Valley."
