One of the reasons that Senior Helpers has become the care provider of choice for Franklin, TN, is their commitment to partnering with individuals that share the same passion for providing only the highest level of care and support to their clients and family members.

The local Senior Helpers team has been drawn together by their desire to serve others. Each team member lives in the Franklin area and believes strongly in supporting our community. "We take pride and continually strive to give each of our families the individual attention they deserve," explained Stephen Ferrari, one of the owners.

Senior Helpers offers a broad range of services in Franklin ranging from basic monitoring to around the clock home care assistance, both in the family's home, as well as in facilities when more care is needed.

Rebecca Himes

Office Administrator

Rebecca lives in Murfreesboro and is a native of Tennessee. She graduated from
Middle TN Christian School and received her Bachelor’s degree from Middle TN State
University. Rebecca began her career in senior care at 18 years old as a caregiver in
an Assisted Living Community. She became a Sales & Marketing Director for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living at 22 and spent the next 7 years working in that role in Murfreesboro and Atlanta, GA. Her desire to serve seniors with a more hands on approach led her to join Senior Helpers in December 2013. Rebecca also serves on the committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer's with the Murfreesboro chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

 


 

Polita Taylor

Scheduling Manager

Polita is originally from Indiana and got started in healthcare in 2006 working as a home care provider for mentally and physically disabled residents. She has been in the healthcare industry for 8 years. She is currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University and expects to obtain her Bachelors in Health Care Administration in February. Polita is determined to fulfill her God given purpose of helping others. Polita relocated to Tennessee in 2012 and became a part-time caregiver for Senior Helpers in December of 2013. After 6 months of caregiving she joined our office staff as the scheduling manager. She enjoys working in healthcare because it is a very rewarding and humble experience.

 


 

Michelle Warlick

Weekend Scheduling Manager

Michelle has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, including hospice and home health care. Michelle is responsible for matching the proper caregiver with a particular client’s needs, as well as managing those relationships. She has recently gone back to school to receive her MBA in Business Administration & Healthcare so that she can further her knowledge of the healthcare field. Michelle’s expertise and passion for the elderly make her a true asset to the Senior Helpers team.

 


 

Robyn Bowen

HR Assistant

Before taking some time to be a loving mother and wife at home Robyn worked at a Publishing Company doing administrative work for two years. At Senior Helpers Robyn helps prescreen applicant caregivers in order to make sure we are hiring the best people. Robyn is currently attending Kaplan University to obtain her bachelor's degree in health and wellness and she will finish in 2016. Robyn is originally from Massachusetts and enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.






 

La Tonya Dixon

Receptionist

For 7 years La Tonya worked at a Podiatry Insurance company and has brought her experience to the Senior Helpers team. La Tonya's ability to multi-task, organize, and pay attention to detail have added tremendous value to the company. As a Nashville native La Tonya enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Beville, a specialist in geriatrics, this valuable, easy to follow experiential tour is designed to instill hope in professional and family caregivers, providing them with a tool to move from sympathy to empathy and better understand the behaviors and needs of their loved ones and patients.
