As Agency Director, Sandy has overall management responsibility for the day to day operations of Senior Helpers. She has business experience spanning over 15 plus years in financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, marketing and supervision. Sandy s committed to ensuring that Senior Helper’s Caregivers provide the highest, most compassionate care possible to clients and family members. Senior Helpers strives to consistently deliver the same level of care that a caregiver would provide to a member of their own family at a fair and reasonable price.
Her designation as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) ®, allows her on a professional level to understand the physical, emotional and financial challenges of her clients and their families. On a personal level, Sandy and her family have experienced the joys and challenges of taking care of her grandparents whose stated preference was to age gracefully in their own homes. Catherine is extremely well regarded within the senior care community for the enthusiasm and passion she brings to client care. She received consistent recognition for exceptional customer care, while working for 40 years at CMC NE prior to joining Senior Helpers.
Catherine was elated to serve in a variety of positions over her nursing career. They have included Coronary Care Coordinator at CMC NE. Her role for the last 15 years involved working closely with case managers at CMC NE, Physician office and SNF personnel with the last 4 years working part time for Advanced Home Care as a Home Care Coordinator.

Senior Helpers is delighted to have Darcy as our staff nurse. Her extensive nursing background makes her uniquely qualified to evaluate and monitor the health status of our clients. Darcy has over 30 years of experience, including 19 years in cardiac nursing at Carolinas Medical Center- Northeast. In that role she worked closely with cardiologists and discharge planners to plan care and prepare patients for discharge. Darcy has also held nursing supervisory roles at Medical Center- Northeast and Rowan Regional Medical Center.
The majority of Darcy’s career has involved with assessing patients and developing care plans for their recovery. Senior Helpers is fortunate that Darcy continues to utilize her expertise and years of experience for the benefit of our clients.
